Can I file for an I130 for my fiance? 7 Answers as of December 30, 2014

I was married for 6 years and during the marriage. I did the whole process for my ex-husband to get his green card. I am a US citizen. Sadly, our marriage ended in divorce. We have been divorced 2 years. He does have the green card for ten years. I'm currently engaged and was wondering if I can or would be able to petition my fiancé after we get married?

It depends on if your fiance is eligible to obtain his residency. You are not restricted as to how many people you can petition for. You just have to establish that he is admissible and that you have a good faith and valid marriage.
