Under current NC law, no if you were convicted. If you have a felony conviction, you cannot get a misdemeanor expunged either. If your felony was dismissed or you were found not guilty, you are eligible for an expunction.

Depending on whether the charge was dismissed or not, it is possible. The Expungement statute is complex. That is something I would be able to research for you if you would like to discuss further.
