Can I drive in other states even though I have an Ohio OVI conviction? 1 Answers as of January 26, 2011

I have an Arizona drivers license and am a resident of Arizona as well. I traveled to Ohio 5 months ago and received an O.V.I. conviction. I was suspended from driving in Ohio for 6 months which ends on February 6th. The Ohio courts did not take my physical D.L. I just got a copy of my Arizona driving record and there are no restrictions. It is clean. Now I have to drive to California for a month of work and need to know if I am allowed to do so without any problems from California?

If Arizona has not suspended your license (and based on the driving record it hasn't) then you may drive in every state other than Ohio.
