The answer depends as to whether the policy is being unequally enforced in a discriminatory manner (for example, the Company is using the breach of such policy to terminate employees of a protected category). Otherwise, if you don't have a contract with the Company, and the Company is not enforcing the policy in a discriminatory manner, but rather is exhibiting poor management skills, there may not be anything you can do.
