I got fired from my job for internet usage but the policy is not equally enforced. Is there anything that I can do?

The answer depends as to whether the policy is being unequally enforced in a discriminatory manner (for example, the Company is using the breach of such policy to terminate employees of a protected category). Otherwise, if you don't have a contract with the Company, and the Company is not enforcing the policy in a discriminatory manner, but rather is exhibiting poor management skills, there may not be anything you can do. Regardless, you should contact an employment attorney to discuss additional details of your case.
