Can I clear my criminal record because of good behavior? 1 Answers as of June 14, 2011

I have been on probation for 7.5 years of a 10 year term for dwi/assault with vehicle. I have never been in trouble since, pay on time finished all community service and classes since the 2nd year. I did get one violation for not doing community service for 1 month. After that nothing at all.

You can only clear your record if you qualify for an expungement or nondisclosure in Texas. If you successfully completed your deferred probation you may qualify for a nondisclosure but not an expungement.
