Can I be sued for asking a guest to move if other guests are bothered? Posted on July 27, 2011

I had a guest in a private resort that I work for that was breastfeeding her infant. I had many concerned conservative guests and there were small children as well as my own staff. I discretely went over to the breastfeeding mother who was sitting in our toddler area and let her know that there were some concerned guests and that I was wondering if she would be able and willing to cover up while performing her feedings in our private establishment. Can I be sued for asking her if she would be willing to cover up?
