I have been deported from the United States but I have a master hearing coming up. How can I be present if I am already in my native country.

You deported yourself by leaving unless you have been a permanent resident and your resident status has not been terminated.

If you have a master hearing, the court does not know that you have been deported. The question is what do you want to do? If you been deported by accident, you can request that they bring you back. If not, you send someone to court with proof that you have been deported and the proceedings will be terminated.

This can be very complicated. You really need to hire a competent immigration attorney who focuses on removal proceedings who can deal with this for you. It does not make sense that you have been already removed and still have a new immigration hearing set up. It is important that you have an attorney go to that hearing for you. If instead you are saying this is a non-immigration hearing, then you still need an attorney (family, criminal, etc) to attend and deal with that case so you do not cause further issues for yourself. I encourage you to do a phone consult with an attorney in the areas where your hearing is scheduled or to have a trusted family member or friend arrange.
