Can I be fired if I don't sign this paper? Why? 3 Answers as of August 26, 2015

I work from home and have been doing it for 8 months now. My employer just sent me a form stating that if my internet goes down or my electricity goes out that I agree to go to a FedEx store and take my phone and work from there. If I refuse to sign it can they fire me under the law?
