Can I be fired for child abuse if my employer says I was witnessed being too rough with a child? I was told to leave my building on friday at 3 by a side door and not informed why I was leaving early or by the side door. I was called later and told someone would call me on monday, I had no idea why i was ask to leave. the incident happened at 1130 and i was sent back to my room sent to lunch returned from lunch worked about and hour and them was told to leave by the side door. I was called on monday at 12:30 and ask to be at the office at 1 when I reminded them it was my vacation day and i had plans i was released over the phone.
