Can I be evicted because my apartment was searched by police? 3 Answers as of May 09, 2011

My apartment was searched and I didn’t receive any charges. Now my apartment complex is threading to evict me and I was wondering if they had the authority to do so. Thanks for your help.

There may be statutory grounds for eviction under what is known as serious nuisance and/or violation of the lease terms. However, I would need more details in order to properly address the question.
