Can someone else’s attorney contact me, if I am represented by an attorney?

They are not supposed to. Tell them you have an attorney and to contact him or her.

They probably should not, but IF your attorney is difficult to reach, or the matter is minor, the judge will not chastise anyone. The fact that you need to ask this on-line rather than consult with your attorney, already tells me there is a problem. Good luck.
