Can a DUI 25 years ago be used against me on my next DUI? 1 Answers as of February 09, 2012

I got a DUI 2 days ago and went to my hearing on Wednesday. Instead of this being treated like my first offense because it was not 2 DUI's in 5 years or 10 years my licenses was suspended for 180 days and no chance for a probationary license during that time. First offense DUI is normally 30 days, no license and then 120 with probationary license. Can a DUI 25 years ago be used against me on my next DUI?
