Can a detective ask questions about a robbery without my consent? Posted on July 19, 2011

A detective was investigating a robbery so he started asking me questions after a few questions I told him I wanted a attorney and he told me that it was my choice and kept asking me questions. I told him I just wasn’t feeling right talking to him and he told me he could as much for me as a lawyer so I admitted to doing it. Now I know I was stupid but he didn’t record it and he told me that he was going on vacation for 2 weeks to just come and see him on July 25th. Now that was odd to me but I guess what my question is should I just go in there and write out what I did or should I go about it another way.
