If I understand you correctly you are asking if the automatic stay and/or the bankruptcy discharge will allow you to avoid a lien on a bank account acquired by a creditor. If that is what you mean, then the answer is yes, you can remove the lien in bankruptcy. You *might* in certain circumstances, even be able to recover some funds that were actually seized from your bank account depending on the amount of funds that were seized and how recently they were seized.
