Can bail be revoked if a defendant shows up to court without a lawyer? 1 Answers as of March 19, 2013

He hired a lawyer who was not doing his job, and he told the judge. The judge stated that he can hire a new lawyer, he said I cannot afford a new lawyer and I make too much for a pd. I want my lawyer to do his job that I hired him for. He called the lawyers office and come to find out the lawyers secretary stated that he fired the lawyer which is false. What will happen and what can be done to this lawyer? There are 2 non violent felonies involved.

You can make a formal complaint to the grievance committee of the appellate division but you better get a good lawyer for your criminal matter.
