Can an out of state attorney be used for a New Jersey pre-nuptial? 1 Answers as of April 27, 2011

For a post nuptial in New Jersey, I know we both need separate attorneys, but do both attorneys have to be in New Jersey? (one spouse is military and stays in another state. he could travel here to sign/consult, but it is difficult and would rather do so from his state). Could he use a local attorney, or does he need a NJ attorney too? (The post nup is in NJ and wife lives in NJ)
