Can an Illegal Immigrant enlist in a military branch? 1 Answers as of February 06, 2012

I've been in the U.S. Illegally for 13 years now. I go to college in Texas studying nursing, but I am really considering joining the military. Would it be possible?

Unfortunately, at this time the military is not able to accept enlistments from people who are unlawfully in the U.S. If you think that military enlistment should be an option for you and that people who were brought to the U.S. as children and who later serve in the U.S. military should be granted lawful status, then please let Congress know that you support the DREAM Act and tell your U.S. citizen friends to write to their elected officials.
