Yes you can divorce him or her in your own country. you will probably not be asked to pay spousal support there and how will they enforce it if you have been deported and they cannot attach your pay?

Any spouse can divorce the other. Spousal maintenance is a question of one party's need and the other's ability to pay. If the person who was deported is being asked to pay maintenance, that is not going to happen as there is no way to enforce it.
