Can the agency refuse to cooperate with police trying to arrest someone? Posted on July 25, 2011

As a non profit agency, serving children and families in our building, can we refuse to cooperate with the police department and child protective services when they want to arrest a person who is coming to have court ordered supervised visitation with their children? Can we refuse to assist with this arrest situation.
