Are we forced to sell our property? Posted on July 25, 2011
We are the seller, entered into an agreement to sell property, decided not to, gave earnest monies back next business day. Property was not listed agreement was a few sentences, (one paragraph) Buyer had been refused twice before just wont take no for a answer. Buyer has since had a lawyer send us a letter, voluntary sell or bring action for specific performance. Is there any hope at keeping our property or are we forced to sell?
