Unfortunately, your medical condition would not provide a basis by which to bring your girlfriend to the U.S. If you are engaged to her or married to her, you can sponsor her to come to the United States based on the marriage, but you cannot petition for her as your caretaker.

Assuming you intend to marry your girlfriend she may be eligible for a K-1 (fiance) Visa. Her status as a caretaker is irrelevant as she is not a family member. Contact an experienced immigration attorney for assistance as the process can be complex.

You may apply for a K1 or fiance visa. Generally you must have met the fiance before doing this but in limited cases (possibly due to a medical issue) there is an exception for the meeting in person requirement.
