First or subsequent offence should not really affect your eligibility for a treatment program. But you are being wise and prudent to seek one out as a result of this event. Check with your health insurer to see what programs they will cover. In Madison, some of the providers often used are Journey, NewStart and Tellurian. There are others.

There are no diversions programs for a DUI. But you may be able to have the DUI reduced to a wet or dry reckless, depending on the facts surrounding your arrest. Consult with an experienced criminal defense/DUI attorney as soon as possible.

I am not aware of any diversion programs for dui offenses. That being said you should contact an attorney asap to see if you have a defense regarding your case.
