Am I understanding the terms of my custody agreement correctly? Posted on July 29, 2011

My children's father and I have been separated for 5 years now with no end to the divorce in sight. I live in IN and he lives in CA with the kids, and they come to visit me for the summer. In the custody agreement it states that the father is responsible for providing and arranging transportation for the children from Indiana at the end of the summer visit. The past 5 years he has flown out and picked them up. This year he wants me to drive them to the airport 2 hours away put the kids on a plane by themselves but I don't think they are old enough and the kids are refusing to do so. Am I obligated to put my kids on the flight or is that fully his responsibility as I understand it?
