Am I obligated to work outside of the state? Posted on August 02, 2011

My company is demanding that they fly me out to Phoenix to sit me in a room with HR, compliance officer and not sure who else, demanding they discuss the issues I raised. I filed a claim with SEC against my medical company for their illegal billing practices and fraudulent projection of revenue growth,,I went out on FMLA to protect myself as they were on to my knowledge of the issues at hand They were setting me up. They are demanding that I bring with me the documents I have, and demanding that I come without my attorney .. They say they have the right to ask me questions while they are doing an internal investigation, without legal representation present.. Do I have to agree to this without my attorney present? He said they have a right to not want him there
