After being hospitalized from pesticide use in Virginia, can I file a complaint? 2 Answers as of February 25, 2011

On my first day of work, I used the Termidor product that was provided by my company to do an extermination job, but I was given no training on handling pesticides. After work, I went to the hospital for respiratory issues. I also want to know if this is going to cause health issues later in my life.

If a doctor relates your problems to the exposure you probably have a worker's compensation claim and potentially a claim against the manufacturer if there is the prospect of future problems. If not, a products liability case would probably be too costly to pursue because of the minimal damages.
