A company is looking for money but we had no claim on the property, what can we do? Posted on February 22, 2012

My grandmother passed away in 2008, my siblings and I were unaware of any will, leaving us anything. My Uncle was executor of the will and did not do something properly once she died. My mom died 20 years before my grandmother so whatever was in my grandmothers will was never told to us. Now a company is looking for money from my siblings and father for owed back taxes. We have no claim on this property as far as any of us knows what can we do? We would also like to know if we can send 1 certified letter with all our names on it letting them know this. I am on SSD and have very limited resources. This company also posted old debts (in my case written off via bankruptcy) for others on this summons to see.
