I have been an attorney for over 38 years, practicing criminal and traffic law for that period of time. I am a former Assistant States Attorney for Cook County (1972-1979), and hearing officer in the Illinois Civil Service Commission, before engaging in private practice.
I am very well versed in the laws relating to criminal and traffic law, especially in the areas of DUI, suspended/revoked licenses, and all types of criminal- traffic matters. Also, I am familiar with various other criminal matters, including drug and domestic violence cases, (all misdemeanor and most felony cases). I also handle "minor" traffic offenses, which currently carry more serious consequences than in previous years.
My approach to handling a case is to get a thorough knowledge of the matter, and determining a disposition best suited for you, be it filing motions, plea bargaining and trials, jury or bench. I am available to handle matters anywhere in the metro Chicagoland area, but primarily focus in Chicago proper, as well as west and southwest suburbs, including towns in Will and DuPage counties. Se habla Espanol para clientes Hispanico, and I have payment plans available, as I know the nature of our depressed economy. Of course, all initial consultations are free, and feel free to ask me questions relative to DUIs or other matters.
