About Me

The Mosca Law Firm takes pride in aggressively fighting for the rights of our clients. We specialize in all areas of criminal defense including misdemeanor or felony, state and federal, adult and juvenile, DUI, foreclosure, and many other defense areas. We strongly protect the rights afforded to individuals by the US Constitution, the presumption of innocence, and have a passion for strongly defending the accused from the awesome powers of the government. We believe in crafting a comprehensive defense strategy for all of our clients and zealously fight for the best interests of our clients.

After a very successful career as an engineer with some of the nations top military defense corporations, Mr. Mosca was inspired by the September 11th tragedies to actively pursue his interest in law. Consequently, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Armstrong Atlantic State University in 2004 and a Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2006. Prior to establishing his own practice, Mr. Mosca worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the 4th Judicial Circuit in Jacksonville, Florida. He is a proud member of the Florida Bar, Federal District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida, American Bar Association, Jacksonville Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
