"While I have no reason to believe that any individual viewing this needs to file bankruptcy right now, I am posting this information because the need is so great, and because statistically (depending on who you listen to), roughly one out of every 5 or 10 people would benefit from filing bankruptcy. So even if you arent one of those people, it is very likely that you know someone who is. If you dont need this information, please feel free to pass my website address along to someone who might.
As time goes by, and as bankruptcy attorneys get a better feel for how these new laws will affect different people in different situations, this web site will be updated.
Well get through this together."
