A graduate of Grambling State University and Southern University Law Center, attorney Carmichael holds a Doctorate of Jurisprudence and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. A seasoned veteran in the area of Bankruptcy Law, Attorney Carmichael has represented hundreds of Consumer Bankruptcy clients. His experience also includes working with a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee; along with representing several financial institutions, numerous personal injury victims and businesses and corporations. While in Law School Attorney Booker T. Carmichael was the first Law Student to ever practice and/or be admitted in the United States Middle District of Louisiana Bankruptcy Court, where he represented Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 debtors. Attorney Carmichael is licensed to practice Law in the State of Louisiana and Wisconsin along with admissions in the Middle and Eastern Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts of Louisiana.
