Having been raised in Texas, James decided to practice law in his hometown also. James received his undergraduate degree from Texas Lutheran University and later on obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. Marys Law School in 1997 which he did in just two and a half years. James has a wide range in practicing law which includes but not limited to personal injury, commercial litigation, investment fraud, family law, construction litigation, contract disputes, probate and collections. James also received the distinct honor of arguing before a judicial panel for the court. Aside from that James is also a member of the Texas Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Texas and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association.
