Tyler Overall is an associate in the Technology and Intellectual Property practice group. He focuses in patent prosecution and litigation and has experience in a broad range of electrical and electro-mechanical arts, including optical systems, DVD technology, semiconductors, micro-electro-mechanical systems, wireless communication, and computer hardware.
Tyler Overall is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, Federal Circuit Bar Association, Oregon Patent Law Association, Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society, J. Ruben Clark Law Society.
Tyler Overall received his JD cum laude from George Mason University School of Law. He received a B.S.E.E. from Brigham Young University.
