Igor Serbinin

About Me

Before coming to the United States principal Igor V. Serbinin worked for eleven years with the United States Department of Defense in Munich and Garmisch- Partenkirchen in Germany. While in Germany, working within the framework of NATO and George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies, Mr. Serbinin was teaching international treaties and developed curriculums in support of many international arms control and non-proliferation agreements including: Conventional Forces in Europe, Open Skies Treaty, Chemical Weapons Treaty, START terminology course, Dayton Peace Accord etc.

In law school Mr. Serbinin emphasized his efforts on representation of indigent defendants and civil plaintiffs through internship work with Colorado State Public Defender Office and Civil Litigation section of Student Legal Office. Practicing under the Student Practice Act Mr. Serbinin delivered real results to his real clients whether it was a political asylum, non-guilty verdict or money judgment even before he graduated from University of Denver College of Law.

After law school Mr. Serbinin worked on a contract basis in Denver office of the national law firm Patton Boggs for a year and a half. His work included international election laws, federal marketing, FDA compliance issues, international oil and gas, and business development.

Mr. Serbinin is practicing out of his office in Boulder, Colorado. Mr. Serbinin is a member of Colorados Boulder Bar Association, Association of Immigration Lawyers of America.
