Mr. Rothstein has tried many civil and criminal cases to verdict and has favorably resolved thousands of cases criminal and civil cases through pleas bargains and settlements. Mr. Rothstein has handled approximately 50 appeals in the First, Second and Third Appellate Divisions as well as the Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Eric E. Rothstein is former Assistant District Attorney for Queens County, New York, and a former Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Eastern District of New York. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Rothstein was the Managing Attorney at a firm where he supervised 13 attorneys and 13 support staff members. Practicing law since 1991, Mr. Rothstein specializes in personal injury/accident cases and criminal defense.

Eric Rothstein is an amazing attorney who I highly recommend.
