Nancy Wallace is a former Workers Comp defense attorney, beginning as a Law Clerk in 1987 defending self-insured Employers and Comp Insurers. In 1996, she had enough. She switched to helping Injured Workers ... and their physicians (who could not get paid).
Nancys background was in newspaper journalism: Editor of the campus newspaper, Nancy received her Bachelors of Science cum laude from Cal Poly Pomona, followed by reporting for the Hi-Desert Star, the Daily Bulletin and The Beacon. She received her Juris Doctorate from Western State University College of Law, where she was editor of the campus newspaper and won an American Jurisprudence Award.

Personal Attention...a rarity these days
My husband had two back injuries, the second one cost him his job. Mrs. Wallace handled the case herself, appeared herself at court appearances, spent as much time as we needed so we could understand. friends had secretaries handling their claim and couldn't understand why they got what they got. My husband was given the option of settling or going to trial and the good parts and bad parts of each...I had to explain this to other friends with work injuries because they could never talk to their lawyer.
