Michael J. Gardiner was admitted to practice of law in 1989 has over twenty years of experience in the practice of law, and has extensive courtroom experience. He has appeared in the Superior Court on numerous cases and has several reported cases.
He has assisted a major municipal agency with its litigation, with easements, contractor agreements and, regulatory matters before State and Federal administrative agencies.
He has also been designated as trial counsel on a number of matters pending before the Rhode Island Superior Court, the Family Court, and the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island and actively litigates in the courts as well.
Michael J. Gardiner is also active in real estate transactions representing buyers and sellers. Michael J. Gardiner has represented owners in agreements with franchise operations, and other commercial transactions, as well as ordinary home sellers and buyers, who appreciate being represented in their most important transaction by an attorney with the dual qualification of being a licensed real estate broker and member of the National Association of Realtors.
He is a member of the Rhode Island and American Bar Associations and the Kent County Board of Realtors and a former member of the RI Army National Guard and the individual Ready Reserve of the United States Army.
