Attorney Messing is a graduate of Princeton University and Stanford Law School and is a former Fulbright Scholar. Mr. Messing did post-graduate work at the University of Paris Law Faculty (Paris II) and taught law in Africa. As a former expatriate for extended periods in foreign lands, he works tirelessly on the behalf of immigration clients as trusted counsel, adviser and champion. He is the liaision from the American Bar Association to USCIS on technical issues, is a past Chair both of the Electronic Filing Committee of the American Bar Association and of LegalXML-OASIS, an international organization responsible for law-related technical XML standards for electronic filings. Attorney Messing is a consultant for issues concerning the e-Verify Program of the U.S. Government to business entities and designated agents. Mr. Messing uses the Internet extensively and helped to create an efficient infrastructure to enable speedier decisions in immigration matters over the Internet.
