Susan Fatini-Masson joined Masson and Fatini, LLP as a senior associate in 2005. Ms. Masson focuses her practice in the areas of Complex Business Litigation, Real Estate Litigation, Unfair Competition and Trade Secret Protection.
While in law school Ms. Masson clerked at the Federal Courts for the Hon. Stephen Hillman. After earning her law degree and being admitted to the California Bar, she worked for the Enterprise Counsel Groups business litigation department representing large and medium companies in complex business litigation matters. Ms. Masson served as Chief Production Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International and Comparative Law Journal and was a Staff Writer for The Loyola Lawyer. She was also a Commissioner on the Laguna Hills Traffic Commission for the years 2002-2005. Ms. Masson is an active member of her community and currently serves as a Commissioner on the Laguna Hills Planning and Development Commission. Ms. Masson’s knowledge, experience and extensive expertise in business litigation, real estate litigation, unfair competition and trade secret protection gives her clients the litigation edge in a business dispute.
