Prior to graduating from law school, Mr. Masson clerked for the Federal Depository Insurance Corporation (FDIC) handling matters involving major financial institutions and the infamous Savings and Loan scandals of the late 1980s and early 1990s.

After graduating law school, Mr. Masson joined the law firm of Gauntlett and Associates in the business litigation department representing Fortune 1000 companies in complex business matters.
