About Me

Growing up in New York and Pennsylvania, Rick Lowell attended the U.S. Naval Academy, graduating with a degree in Oceanography in 1978. After serving aboard a US submarine, Mr. Lowell determined that he wanted to go to Law School. He studied Law in Colorado, but moved back to the Seattle area in order to practice law.

After law school, Rick began working for a big, downtown law firm. Deciding he wanted to be a part of his own firm, Rick left downtown, and became a founding member MAGNUSON LOWELL, P.S. Rick is the firms primary litigator, emphasizing in serious personal injury claims, product liability, professional negligence, civil litigation, and more.
