Brita Long is a skilled trial attorney with over 12 years of experience and over 200 jury trials and 250 bench trials. She has extensive experience with all phases of trial and pretrial work. However, she works swiftly and diligently to determine whether a fair resolution can be reached without having to proceed to trial.
Brita Long has served on the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) Judicial Recommendation Committee which makes recommendations to the Governor of the State of Washington on judicial appointments. She has also been a member of the WSBA Amicus Brief Recommendation Committee which makes recommendations to the Washington State Supreme Court on whether to accept certain cases for review and advises as to how the court should rule on certain cases.
Ms. Long is currently a member of Washington Women Lawyers and the King County Bar Association.
