Paul is a native of Toledo, Ohio but he has spent time all over the United States. As a federal employee, Paul lived and worked in Colorado, Oregon and Tennessee. Paul is a published author in the area of Criminal Law, having written an article on the intersection of medicine and police searches and seizures. After returning to Toledo, he spent 4 years in radio, dealing with everyone from Mayor Finkbeiner to Ralph Nader. That experience is invaluable when negotiating with prosecutors, interviewing witnesses and trying cases before the various judges in Northwest Ohio. During his time in law school, Paul focused exclusively on trial-level criminal law.
