A former police officer of 15 years, Ernest T. Biando is established within the Massachusetts court system, having appeared in court for hundreds of cases. He earned his Associate degree from Quinsigamond Community College, his B.S. in Criminal Law from Anna Maria College in 2000, and his J.D. from the Massachusetts School of Law in 2004. Licensed in federal and state courts, Mr. Biando was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 2007 and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in 2008. He remains active in the legal community through membership in the Worcester County Bar Association and Boston Bar Association. He is also a member of the Worcester County Bar Associations Criminal Justice Committee and Reduced Fee Program. His areas of practice include: Criminal law, trusts and estates, family law, and bankruptcy.
