My name is Craig Gibbs and I am a trial attorney. I have extensive courtroom and trial experience, having handled drunk driving and criminal cases and trials in New Orleans and Jefferson Parish and throughout the state of Louisiana.
My background is a native of New Orleans who received my entire education in New Orleans. I attended Newman High School in New Orleans, Louisiana, Tulane University and Loyola School of Law. I graduated from Law School in 1992.
While in Law School, the majority of my work was for the District Attorneys Office in Jefferson Parish, Louisiana. Additionally, I worked as an extern for the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal.
After graduating law school, I became an Assistant District Attorney in Jefferson Parish and worked there from 1992 until 1997. In 1997, I went into the private practice of law focusing on DWI/DUI and criminal defense.
Therefore, my entire practice has always focused on DWI/DUI and criminal defense.
Most importantly, when you come to my office for your free consultation you meet directly with me. When you leave as my client you know that I am the only attorney who will be representing you in your case. I will personally handle your case from start to finish and my objective is to secure the best possible outcome for my clients. This means that I am fully prepared to take a case to trial.
