Attorney Wiley is a former Special Assistant Attorney General for the Department of the Attorney General and Assistant Legal Counsel in the Office of the General Treasurer for the State of Rhode Island. Attorney Wiley received his Juris Doctor Degree from Boston University School of Law---May 1984 and he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, cum laude, from Boston College --May 1980. Attorney Alton William Wiley, Jr. has been practicing law in the State of Rhode Island since 1985. Mr. Wiley was admitted to the Rhode Island Bar Association in 1985.
