Vinnie was born in Great Falls, Montana, but grew up in Billings, graduating from Billings Senior High School. Vinnie is admitted to practice in Montana. During his undergraduate work, Vinnie was heavily involved in the student union, as a Senator, Vice-President, and Business Manager with ASUM. While studying law, Vinnie was on staff and an editor at the Montana Law Review and participated in National Moot Court and Environmental Law Moot Court. Vinnie attended law school at the University of Montana, as well. After graduating law school, Vinnie clerked for Judge Ray J. Dayton in Anaconda, Montana for about two years; since his clerkship, he has been working as an associate attorney in trial work, personal injury, and criminal defense for the Judnich Law Office. Vinnie attended the University of Montana, receiving a degree in Political Science with minors in History, Philosophy, and Japanese.
