About Me

I am an experienced attorney who has practiced in Riverside and San Bernardino counties since 1992. Unlike large law firms that routinely pass off their clients to paralegals, I will work closely and directly with you throughout the entire legal process, from start to finish. I practiced Family Law until 1999, and then redirected my practice to Bankruptcy law.

I consider my relationship with you as a client to be a personal one. I am a certified mediator for the U. S. Bankruptcy Court Central District since 1998; a mediator for the Dispute Resolution Services of the Riverside County Bar Association since 2000; and an arbitrator on the California State Bar Panel of Arbitrators since 2000. I have been Counsel to Chapter 7 Trustees in asset and related cases. I will be there to answer your questions, and I will personally appear with you in court. I offer plan payments for my attorney fees, which are regulated by the court.
