I am criminal defense attorney Josh W. Thacker, and I have both prosecuted and defended all kinds of cases. I spent 6 years as an Assistant District Attorney. I handled everything from speeding tickets to murder cases. I know how the prosecution puts cases together, and I know how to fight them.

I received my J.D. from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia. I also received the Book Award there for the Highest Research/Writing/Analysis GPA of the Graduating Class. I received my BA at the University of Georgia.
