After graduating from the University of California, Irvine in 1997, Ali Jahangiri received his JD from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Following that, he was recruited by top corporate securities firm Stradling, Yocca, Carlson, & Rauth, in Newport Beach where he began his career practicing corporate securities law and focused in the areas of corporate finance, securities, and mergers and acquisitions. Ali Jahangiri (Founding Board Member, Gen Next) served as Founder and National Co-Chair of the Aviators for McCain Program and as California State Chair for the Giuliani All-American Team. Recently re-appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to the State of California’s Law Revision Commission in 2009, Ali also serves his home state as this organization’s youngest member. He also finds time to serve his local community on the Board of Overseers at Loyola Law School and as ambassador to the Samuel Jordan Center at the University of California, Irvine School of Humanities.
