About Me
Robert R. "Bob" Giannini is a Georgia handles serious driving related offenses such as DUI, serious injury by vehicle, and vehicular homicide. He is a criminal defense lawyer with a practice focused on criminal law, to include felonies such as drug possession, child molestation, rape, murder, burglary, robbery and other crimes involving drugs, theft, violence, sex, fraud or forgery.
During law school he apprenticed as chief law clerk under the nationally renowned Georgia DUI attorney, William C. "Bubba" Head. In Robert Giannini earned his law degree with honors at the Georgia State Universitys College of Law. He graduated cum laude and received a CALI Award for academic excellence. Mr. Giannini served in the U.S. Army with tours of duty in the 82nd Airborne Division, 1st Armored Division, and the 201st Military Intelligence Brigade Mr. Giannini graduated from the University of Georgias Terry College of Business with a B.B.A. in Management.

I got my first DUI, with a hit and run. I was a Nervous Wreck. Mr. G helped calm me and listen to my needs. He kept me informed and let me know exactly what to do and when. He was always prompt and leveled with me from the beginning. Also he and his assistant let me know there would be no hidden charges. The personnel at his office were very helpful and informed. More than Just My Attorney
I was arrested for my third lifetime DUI in May 2009. Robert did some incredible research into my case and was able to reduce the charge to a reckless driving on an account of a legal technicality by the arresting officer. This saved me from a lot of jail time, community service, and possible financial problems. Unlike my previous attorneys, Robert he seemed to put an interest in my case and was more like a friend than just my attorney. He did excellent work for much less than a fair price. I would DEFINITELY recommend Robert Giannini as an attorney to anyone that has legal issues.
He Actually Cares About You
Mr. Giannini displayed tremendous professionalism and knowledge of the laws in his representation of me. I could not have been more pleased with his handling of my case. If anyone can get you out of a pickle, this is the guy. He's not your typical lawyer. He actually CARES about you and your case and I can tell that he is very respected by judges and other attorneys. A Terrific Lawyer
Bob is a terrific lawyer. He and I clerked together for Bubba Head. He later worked for our firm. He knows the Gwinnett County Court system inside and out. He has a great relationship with the judges and prosecutors. I have watched him handle complicated motions and cross examine police officers quite effectively.
